Description of Species Evergreen, glabrous, slender climber; young parts and flower pubescent; branchlets ending into short, simple tendrils. Leaves alternate, ovate-lanceolate, entire, acuminate, rounded or subcordate at base. Flowers pale-yellow in long axillary peduncled umbels. Calxy superior broadly obconic. Petals 5, inserted upon the margin of the disc, hooded. Stamens 5, equaling the petals. Ovary 3-celled; style short, 3-cleft; stigma recurved. Fruits a capsule, obovoid, 3-celled, not winged, 3-seeded. Leaf Details Leaves alternate, ovate-lanceolate, entire, acuminate, rounded or subcordate at base.
