Description of Species Evergreen, scandent, 2-4 m high shrubs, with velvety-pubescent branchlets. Leaves simple, ovate-elliptic, entire, acuminate or acute, glabrescent above, pubescent beneath. Flowers white, subsessile compact, capitate cymes. Calyx densely rusty hairy; teeth 6-9, linear. Corolla-tube to with 6-9, lanceolate, acute, spreading lobes. Carpels 1-2, ellipsoid, black, enveloped by pubescent calyx. Leaf Details Leaves simple, ovate-elliptic, entire, acuminate or acute, glabrescent above, pubescent beneath.
